Art Director | Game Designer | Creative Lead
Big-picture thinking, pixel-level care.
Wow, a whole page about me
Hi, I’m Natalia - but friends (and anyone hoping for baked goods) call me Nat.
I’m a Senior Art Director with over a decade of experience leading creative teams, shaping visual systems, and turning messy ideas into clear, compelling work. I come from an animation background, but my career has spanned games, marketing, product UX, illustration, publishing, and large-scale experiential work - which means I’m just as comfortable thinking strategically as I am getting my hands dirty in the pixels.
If you’re looking for the straight-line version, my resume’s got you covered.

By day, I work as a creative strategist and visual storyteller, partnering closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to build work that performs and resonates. I care deeply about craft, clarity, and building teams that do their best work without burning out.

Outside of work, I’m a DIY home renovator, mythology enthusiast, blogger, and a hobby collector. I’m also a wife and mom to two tiny chaos gremlins who keep me humble and well-trained in crisis management.

A few things that make me, me:
-
I’m 6’ tall with zero basketball talent (a tragic misuse of resources).
-
I make excellent baked goods and will absolutely use them as leverage.
-
I’m deeply invested in game design in and outside of work.
-
I love puns, hedgehogs, and obscure trivia that serves no professional purpose whatsoever.

I’m based in Alberta and collaborate with teams around the world. I’m lucky to do work that lets me build, design, lead, and occasionally throw glitter at complex problems.

Let’s make something meaningful~ or at the very least, something people won’t scroll past.
